Less than a year ago I travelled to Montreal to begin a new type rating, on the Bombardier Challenger 350. Like any type rating I have completed in the past, the next 3 weeks was going to be very busy and stressful, yet very rewarding!
Every day of your type rating is another building block to construct a new typed rated pilot. My type rating course started weeks before I arrived at The Bombardier Montreal Training Centre. How you might ask? via an iPad application with study modules required to be completed prior to showing up on course. The amount of information required to be learned for your course is immense, you are going to be slammed with so much information, you might think you are gonna pop! Well, you won’t pop LOL, but you are going to be very stressed out.
